My new plakat betta. Got him labeled as a female in a pet store, but he proved fervently that he absolutely was NOT a girl when we got home

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. Not sure where you are in the US, but as I hear it from some friends over there, PetCo has new bettas they call "Kings" which are just large traditional plakats.

I'm waiting on my next Betta until my goldfish die and my 29 gallon tank is again empty. I'd like to have a community with a Betta. They really do work well in a peaceful community.
Anyway, I'll keep an eye out. Thanks for the info!
